International Law · Arbitration · Dispute Resolution
Resolving international disputes requires more than technical legal expertise. It requires independence, strategic judgment, unwavering integrity, and a deep understanding of international law, institutions, and the realities of cross-border disputes.
Founded by Alexandre Tavadian, TAVADIAN is an independent international law practice dedicated to delivering clear, effective, and trusted counsel in the world’s most complex international disputes. The practice is centered on international arbitration, with a primary focus on accepting appointments as an arbitrator in international commercial and investment disputes, while also serving as counsel in carefully selected arbitral proceedings and advising clients on matters of public international law.
